Shipping Policy

At Desi Seoul, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. This policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and guidelines so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Amazon, and India Post. If we are unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen events, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and mode of transport (Air or Surface).
  • The timeline may also vary based on the courier company’s operations.
  • The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) shown on your tracking page is an approximation, calculated using multiple factors. Your order may arrive before or after the EDD.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • All orders are attempted for delivery three times by default in case of unsuccessful delivery.
  • If you request a cancellation after the first attempt, the order will not be escalated for re-delivery.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be automatically returned to us.

5. Damaged Packaging

If an order is attempted to be delivered with visibly damaged packaging, you are advised to reject the delivery and inform us immediately at connect@desiseoul.com.

6. Damages During Transit

  • All disputes related to damages during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be supported with an unboxing video as proof.
  • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process damage claims.
  • While we take utmost care in packaging, Desi Seoul cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during transit.

7. Fake Delivery Claims

  • Disputes regarding fake delivery (where the tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you did not receive the package) must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

8. Courier Partner Liability

We work only with reputed courier partners, but once the order is handed over to them, certain factors are beyond our control. While we will assist you in resolving courier-related issues, Desi Seoul is not liable to offer compensation for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Loss of packages in transit
  • Misbehavior by courier staff
  • Negative delivery experiences

Our team will always try to help in such cases, but the resolution is subject to the courier company’s policies.
