Returns & Cancelation Policy

At Desi Seoul, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can cancel or return your order, and when you are eligible for a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them by emailing returns@desiseoul.com.
  • If your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Prepaid orders that are canceled within this window will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

If Your Product is Defective
If you believe the product you received is defective, simply drop us an email at returns@desiseoul.com within 10 days of delivery.
To help us verify the defect, please include:

  • Clear images or videos of the product, showing the defect in full view
  • An image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product
  • Images of the packaging, with the shipping label clearly visible

Once we verify the defect, we’ll take 100% responsibility and initiate either a refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer — completely free of cost.

If Your Product is Not Defective
We understand that sometimes you might want a different size or color, or simply change your mind. While we always want to help, as a small brand just starting out, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-defective items in most cases, as they directly impact our ability to grow and sustain our business.

That said, if your request is essential — for example, if you need a size or color exchange — please reach out to us at returns@desiseoul.com and we’ll do our best to assist you, depending on product availability and feasibility.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance items
  • Accessories such as earrings or masks

5. Damaged Items in Transit

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take clear photographs of the packaging and product before opening and contact us immediately.
